I am a tenant in this property, there are no carpets, there are many water leaks in the corridor areas, lift always stop, we have called fire brigade 3 times until now in just 10 days, the terrance doors are opened which is unsafe, its full of ...

I have read this review with interest. As the reviewer is a tenant they do not fully grasp the complexity of the issues affect this particular property. Canonbury Management took over the block in April 2022. The removal of the carpets etc were done prior to Canonbury's appointment. The carpets had been removed as they were deemed a health hazard by the council. Canonbury Management did not have the budget to fix any of these issues and this was documented clearly in the next budget. Since April ...
