There was a small deduction for cleaning of which the tenants held their hands up to. The bulk of the deduction was for a wash hand basin that had a hole broken in it. it unfortunately had to be replaced. I have a good idea of the person and property in question. upon move in, there were some pots & pans and duvets etc in the property. Nothing unusual, but this tenant felt this was a disaster!
