Complaints Procedure

In the first instance please verbally raise any issue or complaint with our branch manager.
If the branch manager is unable to resolve then please write to the company Director, Henry Butt. Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days.
This formal written response will include a written statement expressing Cameron Pearson's final view and any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled, if dissatisfied, to refer the matter to The Property Ombudsman within 6 months for a review.
