This lady has a dispute with her ex partner we were instructed by him to have rents paid to us from Oldham council in effect to act as an intermediary we have not managed the property nor put the tenants in the property it is only her ex partner who has authority from the tenants to discuss any rent non payment with Oldham council.We were only instructed once rent had been paid by Oldham Council to pay each party nothing more.
