Landlords & tenants AVOID at all costs. For landlords would you be happy for your Property to be left vacant for 2 months despite the previous tenant giving notice and paying an extra month but needing to relocate due to work commitments. Sally refused to take keys back resulting in the property being un-let for a full extra month and presumably the landlords insurance being void. In excess of 2 months with neither bathroom useable. My mother rented a property through Bulmers and at the end of her tenancy handed the property back after the inspection Bulmer's carry out. The landlady had been to see the property prior to this and thank my mum for how nice it had been kept. Bulmers found a lot of problems and refused to give the bond back. Dear User, i am concerned to hear of your experience. I note that we have not received any concerns direct from you, and we can not relate your experience or circumstance to any property we have let in recent times. We pro-activly work in the landlord and tenant interest to ensure that when a let is ended the property is handed back in a suitable condition which complies with both the tenants and landlord obligation. At first impression seemed really good. Dawn was friendly and approachable, however once we were in the house things swiftly changed. I have just moved out of a property which we deemed to be unsafe for health reasons. A leaking roof, damp covered walls and a broken heating system. We took pictures and went down to Bulmers only to be told that they would only be able to verify these comments if they came to the property as we could and inferred probably were making it up! Over the years my husband and I have dealt with many agents. When my husband and I entered Bulmers to enquire about viewing a property to view the lady actually raised her eyebrows and huffed at him!!! WOW my daughter and I who witnessed this just looked at each other gobsmacked at the Rudeness. Not a good start. My experience of Bulmers was very similar to those of other people who have posted reviews... The agent that showed us round the house seemed snooty and uninterested. I have been a rental tenant for many years and I have never come across the process Bulmers use when vetting prospective tenants. We applied for a property and waited almost 3 weeks to find out we were unsuccessful. No credit checks were carried out during this time and no reason was given as to why we didn't get the property. The simple fact that this company is currently rated no.12948 out of 13080 companies in the UK says everything. Having worked and dealt with a number of professionals within sales and lettings previously, I can genuinely say that Sally Bulmer is the most incompetent, unprofessional and dishonest individual I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I can only echo previous reviewers comments. This is not a professionally run lettings agent. I note they are not members of any professional body. They make unqualified personal judgements about prospective tenants and passing the 'Letsure' vetting procedure does not necessarily mean you will be a successful applicant as they can find arbitrary non-factual reasons to turn you down. There attitude is rude and patronising and although tenants are their customers you are made to feel as if the...

The agents came across as rude and judgemental. I felt looked down upon on first meeting and very much like they knew full well I wouldn't be successful in any application I made on a property. However I applied for several but apparently they operate this strange selection system with landlords as opposed to letting property on a first come first served basis. In 20 years of renting properties all over the UK, I have never come accross such an unprofessional attitude and lack of regard for tennents! Bullmers can never be contacted unless THEY require something and are never willing to correct faults until threatened with legal action! I would strongly advise anyone thinking of using Bulmers Letting Agency to think again!...

Listened to complaints and feedback about the condition of the property! Been available during normal working hours, being on time for appointments when I eventually got one! General helpfulness!
