What agent could do to change your mind?
The agency was unprofessional, penalising use after the checkout day, even though no problems were brought up at checkout when we were present. The agency then lied to me when changing their mind to made a few pounds. Terrible customer service.

If the property was that dirty the indepent checkout company would of picked up on this on checkout, giving the tenants a chance to correct any missed areas. In terms of the second property the tenant was in full communication prior to moving in, with the tenants who were subletting also in full communication with you. Unfortunatey you let both tenets down, which resulted on you proving a bad reference from the letting companies mistakes. Prior and post renting through you, the tenants have rece ...
