Please be aware – community warning: A dear friend of ours experienced extremely traumatic and distressing treatment by Brockenhurst Estates particularly Manager Birju Panchmatia, who now operate under a new name Brockenhurst Property specialist in Hatch End, Pinner. They were previously based in Harrow. They may appear very professional until you get into contracts with them The individuals involved were reported to be abusive, manipulating, aggressive, unprofessional, and dismissive of serious tenant concerns, particularly affecting vulnerable people. Sadly, this is not an isolated case. We’re sharing this to raise awareness — always check reviews, verify legitimacy, and don’t be afraid to speak up if something feels wrong. These things can happen to anyone — you, your loved ones, or your children. Very poor business and needs to be shut down. Real estate agent Birju is a complete crook. Not worth paying admission fees , and no service in return. Also, charge for the exit fee in the beginning because they know the tenant will get frustrated with their behaviour.

Acted in a professional mannor at some point during my tenancy and communicated any issues when they arose. New managers would probably help as well; I don\'t appreciate someone who has owed me over £1000 for more than a month answering the phone to me in a rude way and treating me like I\'m making a big deal out of nothing. Would be nice if they could do their jobs properly!
