Our property was on the market with another local agent for 6 months. We had not received any offers even after dropping the price, and had very limited viewings. The property was a 2 bedroom terrace in an ideal location in Horsham. We'd also been renting the property for over 3 years with the same tenants. In April we found a property to buy through Brock Taylor. Sadly as we were unable to sell our own property near Dorking, we couldn't proceed with the purchase. The whole process with Brock Taylor was very professional and helpful - much better than my previous experience with lettings agents. We found at good quality flat for rent through Brock Taylor in Horsham and the customer service during the negotiation was very good. All our questions and needs were satisfied and everything went smooth. Also, we were advise with enough anticipation that a couple of works were to be done (changing meters/cooker) and so, we did not have any type of disturbance....

Thank you Brock Taylor for all your hard work: you are truly excellent. Preparation for David Saunders' first visit was extremely thorough and we had no hesitation in asking B-T to act for us. The sales details were clear and concise, and the photographs showed a very tempting property - and about 20 people attended the open day which resulted in 3 good offers. My wife and I recently bought our first property via Brock Taylor. Once we let them know we were looking for a property they were very pro-active and friendly in finding us a suitable place. I recently moved into a flat let by Brock Taylor and the whole experience from start to finish was a very stress free and pleasant one! I have been most impressed by the communication and each time I have had a query and sent an email - I've received a reply the same day, sometimes straight away. Brock Taylor is a member of both The Property Ombudsman and National Association of estate agents and follow the principals and guidelines of these organisations. We have a detailed, written complaints procedure that is available on request from the office. However we always like to deal, and hopefully resolve, any issues swiftly, therefore if you have any aspect of our service that you wish to discuss pleas contact the office for immediate attention and assistance.
