The agents should have basic information available. They should meet you at the property to hand over the key and go through the inventory together and address any issues.

Comment on agent fees
Fees are disgusting and not worth it considering you have to do all of the work. ‚£60 Inventory Fee > You have to complete the inventory yourself which then isn;t checked. ‚£55 Administration Fee> You have to complete everything yourself and chase for basic information. ‚£250 Agreement Fee > Disgusting. Upfront payment came to a total of ‚£1375 - extortionate and disgusting.

The agent could have done the job properly, as the amount of money we paid to them was large enough to justify a better treatment. As the agency did not fulfill with their job, we should be at least partially refunded.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Answering the phone, responding to emails, dealing with issues in a timley manner, being polite, reducing there fees significantly because there is no way that what they charge amounts to what they actually do and it is super high compared to other agencies. Had I have known I would have never viewed the property in the first place. They need to be more transparent and upfront about thier fees, but they are not.

Once it was a misleading on purpose and the agent attitude was provocative I will not change my mind. I dont deserve to be treated like that not as a person or as a tenant.

Where do i start..... Took them weeks to change over my bank details for rent payment, still send out invoices and statements to my old address even after numerous emails, phone calls to the office who always tell me that the computer systems are down and so cant look at my details or change them. Three emails sent 2 weeks ago with my new contact details on and suprise suprise they are still calling my ex. Useless!! Never go with this company.....
