As Rotherham’s leading independent letting agency, we at Bricknells Rentals specialise in a diverse range of property services; including rental, management, investment, consultancy and acquisitions in South Yorkshire.
With over 750 properties currently under our management – and 40 years of experience within the
South Yorkshire property market – we’re extremely well placed to guide our clients through all the potential pitfalls related to property acquisition and management.
Bricknells Rentals is run by our Managing Director Dawn Holmes, who possesses extensive knowledge of the contemporary property market. Dawn joined Bricknells in 2000 (when we moved into the Rental market) and was appointed as a director in 2006; before moving into her current role in 2009.
In addition, we have our reliable business managers Simon Dearing and Paul Currie who have extensive experience within the rental and Sales market. Simon and Paul are readily available for both free consultations and rental valuations; whilst they can also give free telephone advice on property sourcing and estimated rental values to local landlords and out of town investors.
Chris Holmes and Kelly Fisher complete our management team, who work tirelessly with the rest of our rigorously trained staff to ensure your needs are met in a highly satisfactory manner.

As a licensed member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), we’re also able to offer landlords working with us a range of guarantees. These include the provision of a qualified agent with Professional Indemnity Insurance; who’ll be able to guide you through the process you choose with confidence and credibility.
Further to this, we deeply understand the importance of maintaining an amicable relationship between the landlord and their tenants. With the Let only service we suggest that landlords conduct viewings as they will be managing the tenancy going forward. Our extra charge for viewings is £15 each. Similarly under this service landlord will protect the deposit in one of the approved schemes.

Admin associated with the security deposit £25 per annum
