What a waste of time - they are so pleasant in front of the vendors. Once you start the negotiating process, communications is so poor. They don't even call you back customer service level minimal. Recommendation is to avoid them and use alternative agents in the ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Be more professional and deal with clients with a long term view rather than thinking short term.
