Shocking. Arranged to view a property at 1.30 pm but agent did not arrive. When questioned was told 1.00 pm was my appointment time. I asked why did you not call me? Agent answered that's not our policy!! These guys are totally unprofessional in my experience....

What agent could do to change your mind?
Could have been more proactive with sales and an office with staff that were as competant as their manageress. I feel that the back up is sadly lacking and if were as competant as their manageress then they would have sold more properties instead if losing them. All but one in crich have changed agents and the one remaining is a new addition. Surely this speaks for itself.
