Comments on Agent Fees
None of us enjoy paying bills, but the accounts issued to us are transparent and we are provided with a complete breakdown of which contractors were used, what their prices are and our share. Full details of providers and proposed cover for the annual insurance renewal were also shared and we were able to agree on which policy looked best value. The actual management fee seems reasonable.
