Thanks to Bluestone for finding new Tenants so quickly when my existing Tenants decided to move back home to Spain. What agent could do to change your mind?
Was paying for fully managed service, they had no problems giving me advice when I reduced the services, which I was able to do because the tenants they found were so good!

Totally useless and unprofessional company! Moved into a filthy house (after they claimed £200 cleaning costs from previous tenants-a friend). Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
