Dear Donal. We're sorry that despite being in your new home for a number of weeks, you remain unhappy. I can assure you that despite being the first person in 5 years to have been barred from contacting our office due to your threatening and abusive behavior, we respect the fact that everyone is entitled to their opinion and would certainly not consider suing you!?!
