Fees

Blue Bubble Lettings doesn't believe in hidden fees. In fact, we try to charge our tenants very little.

Unlike most letting agencies, we don't charge tenants a check in or check out fee or a renewal fee. We certainly don't charge for giving you a reference when you move out!

If you miss a booked property inspection, don't worry. We all forget things from time to time.

So, here is a breakdown;

Administration Fee: £145.00
Referencing Fee: £50.00 per tenant
Check In Fee: Zero
Renewal Fee: Zero
Missed Property Inspection: Zero
Check Out Fee: Zero
Landlord Reference Fee: Zero

The Administration and Referencing Fee are also used to hold the property. Once paid, no more viewings will take place at the property whilst we conduct the referencing.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and an investigation undertaken. A written outcome of the investigation will be returned to you within 15 working days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we ask that you allow us one more opportunity to resolve your complaint by contacting us again using the above contact details.

Your complaint will be acknowledged within 3 working days and an investigation undertaken. A written outcome of the second investigation will be returned to you within 15 working days.
