Don't book anything via blix properties !!!! AVOID!!!! They do not refund the deposit, given different reasons! Now its been 2 months that waiting the deposit and they said they did the refund but no details given - asked to wait 10 days. Waited 10 days for money transfer but find out the it is a lie too. At the moment they do not pick calls from me. Please avoid this Blix Property!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

worst service ever.. lot of money for a dirty, small old house that should be a double bedroom and instead has a single one ( we slept in the couch for months) internet connection broke down and none show up, they lied to us for months saying there were comig to fix it (some of us work with computer) don't ever rent with them!!...

I had a good experience while I was in London, they even upgraded me to a better place because of problems with the first location. This being said I am still awaiting for the refund of my deposit since I got back home, it is now 102 days without getting the money back for no reasons, they take any possible reason to delay ( I had to send my bank accounts three times, then they said it was done but could not tell me the details, then...they do not answer !) Don't choose this agency, all they care about is the receiving the money. I have complained about the construction noises from Monday to Friday everyday from 8am. All they have said was sorry. They couldn't even give 5-10% discount as other agencies give to their customers. Small place, expensive rent. I couldn't turn off the light in my bathroom, they came and told me that they have to replace it, it's been a month and still on. I wish that somebody told me to stop before signing contract with ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fix things on time, be a bit flexible with their customers. Reflect on the previous customer feedbacks. Give discount or something for construction noises and other annoying stuff.

Absolutely horrible experience, strongly recommend to avoid them at all costs. When we first moved into the property we were advised that it would be cleaned prior. Upon the move-in date, the studio was a mess with black mould on the ceilings. Had to purchase cleaning products and spent the day cleaning and was refused a reimbursement. Maintenance was hopeless. Blix properties are the biggest scamming agency in London. They do not offer what is promised, and are thieves. Yes, that is correct, they are thieves. One of their letting agents rubbed the room i had hired from them and they covered the agent\'s actions when the police contacted them. When i first moved into the property there wasnt even a bed in there also I had paid for all inclusive. Trust me and go look for anther agency in London, you will feel much safer....

They are quite strict in payment of deposit and rent. But when they return your Deposit, they are quite "flexible". You have to pursue your money. If you dont send an email they dont think to refund your deposit. The return of the deposit takes fourty five days. The bed is not comfortable and feels you that it will be broken. Rooms are definitely too smaller than they are seen in the website of the property. The bankomat of my bank did not allow me to take money more than one thousand ...

This is the worst estate agency ever! I highly discourage you to use their services. I have rented a short term apartment from BLIX PROPERTIES for three months. From what I can tell you, I\'ve spent the worst days of my life in this property. First, they do not guarantee your deposit in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. And now it has been 2.5 months that I have left this apartment and they still did not refund my deposit even after at least 10 requests!!! From what I have heard this is a common cas...

This is the worst estate agency ever! I highly discourage you to use their services. I have rented a short term apartment from BLIX PROPERTIES for three months. From what I can tell you, I\'ve spent the worst days of my life in this property. First, they do not guarantee your deposit in the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. And now it has been 2.5 months that I have left this apartment and they still did not refund my deposit even after at least 10 requests. From what I have heard this is a common case for most tenants. During my stay, bad smell from next door toilet made me wake up at night. They didn\'t even care to send someone to inspect. I rented with Blix for 1 month in September - October in which time they gave me an unliveable property filled with flies and then changed it. The wifi stopped working everyday at 6pm and they did nothing about it. Some agent entered my property without informing me beforehand or requesting my permission (actually this happened twice). the property was riddled with problems that Blix did not tell us about or want to fix when we told them about it. We had rented a small studio flat for six months, but the constant problems made us leave 2 months early. What agent could do to change your mind?
HONESTY would have been a very good start. clearly, all the people in the building were having problems with the internet and other things. REPLYING to our requests would have been another good point, along with the quality of the replies. \"We will look into it\" is not very helpful. finally, after all the things they did wrong a formal apology or at least a discount for these problems would have been fair.
