They charge an ADDITIONAL ‘FINDERS’ FEE’ of 0.5% to the buyer. This practice is widely criticised as unethical by the Home Owners’ Alliance and a number of prominent MPs because it amounts to a double, totally unjustified profit from both the vendor & buyer.
