Hi everyone I can share my experience with black kattz agency. Once you willing to be honest with them, take will make sure you got that flat or house or apartment. Black kattz will do they part and make sure the landlords keep their agreement with the tenants. I meet Mr Tom and he did let me know, I will get the flat he showed me. Firstly, my apologies if I have got the wrong tenant but I believe you are the tenant from Gaisford Street. As I was personally involved in this dispute I find your comments exrtremly unfair. What you have failed to mention is that you signed a fixed term contact and then decided, firstly, that you wanted to break the contact due to a break-in at the flat and you were informed that we simply cannot allow a tenant to break the contract for this reason alone, in the same way a mortgage coimpany ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
