Moved in with no shower. unable to use fridge or washing machine as faulty ones were hard wired in the wall. Spent £2000 recarpetting the house - told deposit to be released but took £75 for 'exit fee' as well as nearly £700 on relisting. Terrible - save ...

Terrible - their fees are extortionate. Charged for days we didn't even have keys to the house as well as being told incorrect info regarding our deposit being paid in full

They try to charge you fees wherever they can, falsely advertise their services. I am currently in contact with the property ombudsman as a result of their false/lack of advertisement of fees so this will soon be resolved.
