We had a similar problem with a new build (FW Properties). Misleading information provided by the agent. Then, when you withdraw you are hit with extortionate withdrawal fees and abuse. They are the most unprofessional estate agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Avoid!! ...

Absolutely shocking behaviour and attitude from the employees. It was totally amatuerish the entire way through my dealings with them. I would prefer if they had not spoken down to everyone in their employ who was not either a partner or in their management line....
