Benson & partners marketed our property online by using another agents images and without ours our their permissions. This is unethical to say the least. They also installed a board over another agents board completely covering it up so theirs could be seen. ...

Hi,
The property was being refurbished by the Landlord at the time and the tenant had viewed it twice prior to placing a holding deposit; once we had received a holding deposit the Landlord had taken back our set of keys to pass to the builder. Once works were completed, we were then returned the keys and a third appointment was then arranged with this tenant.
This property was advertised as Unfurnished and was being Let as Unfurnished and at no time was the Landlord furnishing the property. ...
