DO NOT USE... especially if they are managing the property.
They never reply and you have to do all the maintenance.
Upon move out they try and take as much deposit as possible.
Horrible experience....

There was minimum maintenance as it was a new build, any maintenance needed was carried out by Berkeley Homes as there were snagging matters, therefore we have no control of their timing.
The purposed deposit deduction was by the landlord and in the end she waived this. When we manage a property we act on behalf of landlord and can only act on their instruction. ...
