Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents was launched in January 2004 from a small serviced office in Mill Hill. Managing Director, Steven Wayne launched the business aged just 22 years old, having had only 3 years previous experience in the property industry.
Since then, Steven has grown and developed the business which
now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over three branches, and a well-established Block Management practice.
We receive constant 5 Star reviews on ‘all Agents’ and based on client feedback, the ‘all Agents’ Gold Award as the area’s No 1 in Sales for the company, as well as Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards for individual Sales Negotiators.
