Benjamin Stevens Estate Agents was launched in January 2004 from a small serviced office in Mill Hill. Managing Director, Steven Wayne launched the business aged just 22 years old, having had only 3 years previous experience in the property industry.
Since then, Steven has grown and developed the business which
now operates with large and successful Sales (Residential and Commercial), Lettings and Property Management departments spread over three branches, and a well-established Block Management practice.

Time and time again he went over and above what we would consider ‘normal’ service.
Neil knows the area like the back of his hand, indeed he knows the sales history of Park Street!
He was very realistic and ultimately precisely accurate about the price we could achieve.
He did viewings whenever it suited us (and almost never during office hours) and having found a buyer, kept us informed every step of the way.
He helped make what could have been a difficult and complicated sale as stress free and simple as possible.
We cannot recommend him highly enough.'
