We are registered with the Deposit Protection Service to protect both the landlord and tenant. A written and photographic inventory is undertaken at the start of the tenancy which both parties retain a copy. Benchmark has an established network of contacts and the majority of clients, both landlord and tenant are “word of mouth” referrals.
