Agent Fees

Rent is payable in advance per calendar month, A bond is required that equates to the monthly rent (exceptions may apply)

An agency fee is charged per property not per individual and does not exceed £175.00, in the majority of cases it is a lesser amount. There are no other hidden costs or additional fees. This covers referencing and a third party credit check.

Pet owners need to be aware carpets where applicable do need to be professionally cleaned / shampooed on tenancy exit at their own cost.
