I have chosen not to give my married name as I have seen the unpleasant and attacking responses you and your employees have given to others who have left reviews for your company. I also do not wish to open myself up to further abuse from you. The team at the Darlington branch proved to be very helpful in assisting with finding a suitable property to rent. They explained the conditions of let and lease. Setup was quick and easy.

The Fees were very reasonable! we viewed other properties with other agents and we'd need a small mortgage just to pay there admin fee.

Unfortunately as we have explained on NUMEROUS occasions to this tenant - we acted as an advertising agent only for this tenancy. Whilst the landlord has all relevant receipts for an advert ONLY contract - which made clear any financial transactions were conducted SOLELY between landlord and tenant - the tenant has returned to us for the deposit return. We have made every effort to signpost her in the correct direction for her deposit return.

Considered the situation fairly and resolved the issues without delay, and helped resolve the issues without needing to involve Environmentl Health and the Council, Could have handled the situation rather than swearing at me etc.Attached Filesnbsp;
