Absolute nightmare from start to finish. Completely incompetent staff who although said friendly things weirdly they did it in an aggressive and condescending way. Do NOT go anywhere NEAR Beehive lettings. They are a nightmare, my dealings with them have been atrocious from start to end. The agents have consistently lied to me as a landlord and caused huge distress and strain between myself and the tenants. The tenants had to pay me due to Beehive's negligence. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
