Absolutely DiSGUSTED with Bagshaws. After wasting time travelling three hours north to view a property we had put an offer in on, we were not told if our offer had been accepted for over 4 days (despite putting a formal offer in, in writing and over the phone) and were called at 5pm the day before our final viewing, when my husband had already made the three hour drive north and booked a hotel, that the house had exchanged with someone else. viewed a property with my sister she was very interested did not get call to ask what we thought or give to feedback I called them 'jack' to star negotiating put in an offer after many ring backs from me and being put on hold eventually they called said the property was new on the market?? we want to buy not have excuses we are cash buyers whose interest are these guys working in ? not the sellers! or buyers- very annoying so the house goes un sold ...
