Extremely disappointed with the level of service we received,when our tenants stopped paying their rent. We flagged up the fact that the rent hadn't been paid. The agent then contacted the tenant. The rent remained unpaid and eventually we requested that the agent served ...

The agents fees are standard. However, after all our hassle he could have offered to refund us a proportion of the final fee.
