Where do I start with these so called letting agents! Firstly, I should have checked this company out before even signing a contract with them but they have taught me a valuable lesson... always check out the letting agent you are dealing with and cheapest does not always mean the best, you do ... What agent could do to change your mind?
I would never in my wildest dreams consider using this agent again and wish no other landlord would have to suffer as I did with with these cancerous cowboy agents. The only way they could change my mind is to refund ALL of the agent fees I paid them which they don\'t deserve a penny of, pay me for all the damage to my property done by the tenants they put in there, pay me compensation for the distress caused when there was not enough money to pay the mortgage due to rental payments not being forwarded to my account by the this agent and hoping that this agent goes bankrupt, with criminal charges for conducting business unlawfully... that would make me feel really happy.

You might as well flush your hard earned money down the toilet, it\'s the same thing as paying these cowboys... you won\'t get anything in return other than distress.

These guys were very friendly and eager to please when first renting from them. The problems came when it was getting to moving out time, where they would walk into my flat to show prospective tenants without giving any notice and often at the most inconvenient time to have a stranger walk into ... No filtering of prospective tenants. Rings me up for viewing. I ask what the person does for a living-I was told he was a van driver. I immediately told them that the guy can not afford the rent. I have been speaking to many Estate Agents and have done so as well in my past. I usually tend to prefer independant estate agents, however the sales person dealing with me gives other Estate Agents a bad name. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
