We have an efficient team of in-house property managers, surveyors and accounting staff. With strong management systems in place and a dedicated team of Directors, we are now seeking new local property management business.

Austin Rees offer a comprehensive range of property management services, many of which are included in our basic management fee. As a member firm of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) our services are offered in accordance with the ‘RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code’.

Our Lettings Department has also been expanded in 2012.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Maintain the buildings better. Provide an emergency phone number for out of hours. Not charge another ‚£90 administration fees at the end of the contract. I would actually like to leave my flat before the contract ends as I have no faith in the agency anymore and would like to move somewhere warm and where I can be healthy.

I agree with every comment made here about Austin Rees and particularly Nick Mills. He seems to believe that if he says they are the leading brighton agent often enough miraculously it will become true. If you complain to them they take offence and adopt a zero tolerance policy to your communications. They take ages to respond to most things, if they tesond at all and make up stories with no proof to back them up. The best thing they ever did was resign from managing our building. ...
