Do not trust Atkinson Stilgoe agents they can not be trusted and are only out for there commission only !!! they give all other estate agents a bad name and will leave a sour taste once you have had any sort of under dealings with them be very very careful !! What agent could do to change your mind?
Deliver a reasonable level of customer service Treat the customer with respect Answer customers calls and emails Expedite the process where possible Provide relevant information on fees Update the customer when necessary Etc.........

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
