Very poor customer service, poor communication, poor background checks on prospective buyers,and overall showed very little interest.
To top it all, one of the most expensive estate agent fees in Southampton....

I lost my parents just two years ago and my sister I had to sell their home - a difficult time for us both. Both Mr **** and Mr ******** very very poor agents, they never returned calls and withheld information (it was I was driven to call Mr ******** an 'UPSTART'!) We are releived that their business has been closed.
