However, the way in which you have outlined the events that have led to your review is not entirely based on facts. The initial cancellation of the viewing was not because our agent wanted to go home, it was in fact because the previous appointment would be running late and we did not want to be late for our appointment with you, hence we thought it better to reschedule.
