We act for 100`s of landlords throughout Kent. All are happy with our service as are the vast majority of our tenants. Issuing a section 21 notice upon commencement of the tenancy is not only perfectly legal but also good business practice and is appreciated by our landlords. It is certainly not shady. On the rare occasion that we have a problem with a tenant (ie non payment of rent, anti social behaviour etc) it enables the landlord to reclaim his/her property at the end of the tenancy through ...
