Reasonable and clear
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Arlington Rouse are committed to the highest levels of customer service In order that your concerns are addressed as efficiently as possible we ask that you first raise the issues verbally with the member of staff you have been dealing with. They will endeavour to deal with any issues immediately. If you are still not satisfied then please write or email a Director . Your complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 10 working days. Following the Director investigation, a written statement expressing 'Arlington Rouses' final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to The PRS within 12 months for a review.
