Hi Alexandra, I have not received a response from you in regards to why you have rated us with one star when we are known for providing a high quality of service to all Landlords and Tenants. After looking in to your case I can see that you vacated the property without paying the last rent and left the property in a terrible condition which left the Landlord out of pocket. Due to this we had to use your deposit to pay the Landlord the rent and bring the property back up to standard to rent to th ...
