Do not rent a property through this joke of an agency. I have spent the past two weeks trying to speak to someone , ANYONE, about my property.

What agent could do to change your mind?
He could have prepared for my family arriving from England by have the place cleaned and the items that he said he would sort out FIXED. His attitude towards clients could be better instead of being aggressive. Paid the rates bill instead of My wife and I having a bill on our name that is now well overdue. not acceptable.Attached Filesnbsp;

Under usual circumstances we wouldnt reply to this, we manage hundreds of properties and have great relations with the majority of our clients. We are currently pursuing Mr Nelson for non payment of rent, which will result in his eviction from the property, to say he is a Walter Mitty character is an understatement. I can honestly say that in my opinion he is the most obnoxious tenant we have had to date. ...
