Established in 2006, Arden has become a trusted and well-respected operator within the letting industry. Looking after a wide variety of properties throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians, our depth of knowledge and fully trained staff provide a service which is second to none.
We understand that every client is
an individual and offer a personal hands-on service, where designated property managers deal directly with the property, the tenants and their Landlord client. This is backed up by our in-office admin team, utilising the latest software management systems. People are at the centre of our business; by looking after them, we maintain an excellent return on investment.

Arden won the Gold, the top award for service to Landlords and the Silver Award for Service to Tenants in all of Scotland (we’re working on this for next time!). What’s more, we won Gold for Edinburgh in both categories.
