Apato is a digital letting agency based in London Fields, London. We work with landlords and tenants to make the process as seamless as possible. We use digital tools, such as 360 degree viewings, online applications and e-signatures to ease the burden of applications.
We help landlords find tenants for £200 (pai
d after the process). This includes taking 360 degree pictures, displaying the profile on Zoopla and other platforms, and performing a tenant check.
We offer property management solutions for a competitive rate of 4% (refurbishment not included).
