Agent was great while we were in the house, but when we moved out they took a large chunk of the deposit for cleaning even though we had cleaned the place very thoroughly already. I only wish I had fought a bit harder to get my money ... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be aware that there will be some costs involved between lettings. We cleaned the place VERY well but they still charged us money for a cleaner. This should have been part of their business costs.
