What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent should be aware that there will be some costs involved between lettings. We cleaned the place VERY well but they still charged us money for a cleaner. This should have been part of their business costs.Attached Filesnbsp;

We are having the same issues as we speak they are a treacherous company and when i have fully moved out will be going to task on them, they have been rude and useless since the very minute we took residence ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
