We initially considered 4 local agents and are over the moon that we chose Andrew Pearce. Not only did you value our property at a higher price than the other local agents, but you actually achieved and exceeded your valuation. We would also like to commend your team for coming back to us with 3 genuine offers on the first day of marketing. This shows that Andrew Pearce vet their buyers and listen to their customers' needs, in order to accurately match their requirements as opposed to marketing ...

I have a few properties across London and Pinner. About 8 months ago, I sold a property in Pinner using Andrew Pearce. After a week or so, I was advised that the property is being marketed at a higher price that I was expecting and the offers were considerably lower. Eventually, the I sold the property at a lower price than I was expecting to a buyer put forward by Andrew Pearce. A couple of months later, I was approached directly by another couple who was interested in buying that property and ...

Firstly i would appreciate you contacting me directly to discuss this matter. I strongly deny that fact that you where not informed of a higher offer as we are bound by law to do this. At the end of the day Its your decision to sell the property at the price offered. No one would have forced you to sign a contract so If you where not happy then with the price then you shouldn't have sold. We are only here to advise and have constantly broken local records with the prices that AP achieve.....

I can see why this firm is ranked so poorly (11316 out of 12787 UK firms). I am surprised it is not right at the bottom. It is our conclusion that this agent has bogus properties for sale that never translate to an actual sale and the agents are working in collusion with brokers and conveyancers. We were prospective buyers looking for purchasing a property in Pinner. For one of the properties, we put in an offer, through Andrew Pearce, it was Β’Γ’β€šΒ¬Γ‹Ε“accepted' by the sellers. After all ...

These accusations are completely unfounded and I would appreciate you contacting me directly to discuss. Andrew Pearce Estate Agents & Chartered Surveyors have a credible reputation within our community and a number of satisfied clients. We act for genuine clients who want to sell their property but sometimes circumstances change and owners will have to withdraw from a sale. That's life. We are regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and therefore report all offers in writing....
