An absolute disgrace as a managing agent for letting properties avoid at all costs. Their failure to adequately carry out proper inspections and ensure that the property is returned in the condition it was let is shameful. They should be embarrassed...

Appalled at the competency, or lack of, of the Branch Manager, Georgina Bushell, who seemed completely unable to organise a seemingly simple task and, whilst being pulled up for it, became malicious. Completely unprofessional and out her comfort zone. Very poor impression made as a ...

On commission AG recommended AG conveyancing, which ...is in fact Premier Property Lawyers. Here is my review of them. As long as AG associate with PPL it will do them reputational damage Buying a house is probably the most expensive purchase you'll ever make. If ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
We were advised that we would pay a higher fee to guarantee rent payments (the fees are not published, only advised by their staff). Once the tenants defaulted, we were then advised that the fees did not include a rent guarantee.
