This is the only Estate agent that will ask you to have a UK Home owner Guarantor before you come to even view a Letting. How outrageous to even ask Professionals to do this.
There are much better agencies in Eastbourne!!...

Hi Tara, than you for your comments. Nowadays it is very common practise to ask for a Guarantor and we are not the only agency in this area to require one. We did apologise on the phone to you and tried to explain as you appeared very offended and we wished you all the best in your search. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
