Over 15 Years as a landlord, acquiring one property for £16K in 2002, building a portfolio of over 30 mortgaged and 60 leased properties.
*Operated by a Director, Qualified Accountant who whilst building AMRP has also operated as a Board Member, Chair and Chair of Audit Committee for several Housing Associations in the North East and Manchester.
*Team of Property Coordinators with experience of both Private and Social Housing over the last 20 years.
*Dedicated Maintenance Manager to advise on maintenance having operated in building maintenance, refurbishment and repair for the last twenty years.


Pet Friendly Landlord -
We’re a pet friendly landlord - It’s estimated by Dogs Trust that 45% of households in the UK own a pet, and 4.2million households live in privately rented accommodation. Many landlords don’t accept pets, ruling out a large number of good tenants. We’ve teamed up with Farplace Animal Rescue to launch a Pet Friendly Landlord initiative and we issue pet tenancies to reassure tenants, and reinforce their responsibilities.

Do not rent houses with/from AMRP , I made the worst decision when I decided to rent my house with them. he will invent defects just so he can get as much money as possible from you. they will lie to you and not send ...
