Renting shared accommodation in a property they manage. What agent could do to change your mind?
opportunistic - some pay more, some pay less, for the same room. They charge if you move rooms in the same house, as if it's a new sign on, they charge an admin fee but don't even ask for references.

Better communication. Stop avoiding complaints. Don\'t overcharge Stay true to your word, if your going to say your going to fix something, fix it.
