How much they charge you for holding the house for your group? And it'll be very helpful if you could tell us how much is the deposits and admin fee? Thanks. ...

Agent Fees

The usual funds that are required are six weeks damage deposit plus the last FULL MONTHS rent and any remaining days at the end of the contract. There will be an additional one week administration fee (Without any hidden extras). If you do not have a UK guarantor then we usually take more months at the end of the contract. It is NOT unusual for agents and landlords to request six months or even one years rent up front when you do NOT have a UK guarantor. However, don’t worry we will not be doing this.
