I am very sorry to read this feedback and I am not aware of the issues described in this comment during this period. We are open 7 days a week and have a full compliment of staff, wherever possible we try to answer every call that comes in, during busy times if we miss a call then we have a target to respond on the same day. We do not over value properties and have a policy of advising against this, as a trusted local estate agent we have many hundreds of very happy clients throughout Gloucester ...
